Helping you find affordable accommodation at your favourite event this summer
Don't you just love a great event?! We support most major events around NZ. Coming soon are Raggamuffin, Art Deco, Ellerslie Flower Show, WOMAD, Bike Fest and Balloons over Waikato.
Why not stay with friendly Look After Me hosts? They're mostly kiwis just like you. We match you with people who 'get you' and love what you're into to. Hey...they may even be going to the same event!
Organising your event will be much easier if you glean local knowledge from our trusted hosts who will help you decide transport options or give you directions and tips about the best places to park. They'll also know about other cool activities (especially the free ones!) you can enjoy while in the area.
We specialise in affordable self-contained units and in-home hosting with like-minded people. Many include breakfast and other meal or pick-up/drop-off options are available.

The China visitor market continues to evolve rapidly. The introduction of the China Travel Law on 1 October delivered a further anticipated change in visitor mix. The change indicates a shift to a better quality visitor experiences - and we have seen an increase in Chinese guests come and stay with local hosts. Feedback has been that they would love a wider choice of 'superior and luxury accommodation'.
Over 20 million Korean viewers were endeared to our lovely Look After Me hosts families who aired on Korea's most popular reality TV show: 'Daddy, where are we going?' The equivalent of our Richie McCaw, Dave Dobbyn and Simon Dallows and their children stayed 'local' and enjoyed a typical kiwi weekend - fishing, motorbiking, farming, playing rugby in the park and of course a DIY project. This coverage was equivalent to $12.7 million (if you had to pay for the advertising). Just another little kiwi company punching way above its weight! Read more in our Press Room.

The last laugh...the 'never-fail' Camping System
A loaded mini-van pulled in to the only remaining campsite. Four
children leaped from the vehicle and began feverishly unloading gear and
setting up the tent. The boys rushed to gather firewood, while the girls
and their mother set up the camp stove and cooking utensils.
A nearby camper marveled to the youngsters' father, "That, sir, is some
display of teamwork."
The father replied, "I have a system: no one goes to the loo until
the camp is set up."
now of course if they had stayed with 'Look After Me'...
