You'll immediately feel at home at 'Silvereye Retreat' with a delightful guestroom, your own brand new bathroom and spacious guest lounge. With a unique combination of peace and privacy yet warm, friendly hosts to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Just on the outskirts of the village of Ngongotaha, you'll be close enough to Rotorua city but enjoy tranquility of this semi-rural property. Your accommodation, bathroom and guest lounge are downstairs, but come upstairs and be mesmerized by the views of Lake Rotorua. Your hosts are Jocelyn and Alex - experienced, friendly and mature. They are very involved in the Anglican church and are well-travelled working professionals. They enjoy bike riding and have information about local cycleways including the cycleway from Ngongotaha to town. There is a bus stop right on the street which goes into Rotorua. Meals: A continental breakfast (cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee) is provided for you to help yourself when you are ready, or enjoy breakfast with your hosts. All other meals self-catered or there are restaurants, cafes and takeaways in the village, only 2 km away.
