About this place

Our accommodation is close to Waikato University and we overlook the Waikato Innovation Park. The Orbiter bus is just a five minute walk up the road to catch. We are looking forward to accommodating people in our home and I have had previous homestay experience with overseas students. We offer a three bedroom modern brick and tile home with 2 rooms for accommodation with 1 queen and 1 single. Single bathroom but two toilets. Only 4 km from Hamilton City this property provides a convenient location to the Waikato University Campus. Right on the bus route to provide ease of transport. We are a very easy going and sociable family. We look forward to offering comfortable and modern accommodation. There is a local Warehouse and shopping is only 10 mins drive away. Our accommodation is also close to the Hamilton Gardens, and local cafes and restaurants are just a short drive away. Includes help yourself breakfast and other meals by arrangement.
