About this place

Located in sunny Kawerau in the heart of the Bay of plenty this gorgeous home with 'in house' Bedroom with Ensuite plus a studio unit accommodation, also a Guest lounge for in house guests with a 50" TV. This is all surrounded by delightful gardens. Your hosts Susan and Willy will show you around and ensure you have a memorable time in their part of the world. In Kawerau we are 30 minutes from Whakatane, 45 minutes from Rotorua and 75 minutes from Tauranga. This is a quality Homestay, B & B accommodation, with a main bedroom, that has a comfortable queen bed and excellent ensuite, with a large shower, bath, toilet and vanity. The lounge has a three piece loungesuite, Sky TV and Wi Fi. In the dining area there is a seven piece dinning suite, a cabinet for all utensils including toaster, electric kettle and egg cooker. There is a small freestanding fridge, for your use as well.. Guests are welcome to enjoy a lovely fully fenced garden with beautiful flowers and trees. Complete with roaming chickens who supply free range eggs which can be included with your breakfast for a special treat.There is plenty of off road Parking. You'll also enjoy meeting two friendly German Shepherds, Quin and Kea. There is outdoor furniture, plus a BBQ, which you are welcome to use. Electric blankets are available in the winter months. Wifi available in all rooms.
