About this place

This dairy farming property on the outskirts of Hamilton City has a homestead with loads of 1950's character and all the essential comforts needed for a relaxing break away. And yet it's close enough to go enjoy all the events happening in and around Hamilton like the many sporting events hosted at various venues and the vibrant night life. Accommodation consists of two twin single rooms with a handy separate bathroom. Your hosts Clair and Derek are wonderfully friendly and welcoming and have been hosting international guests for some time prior to joining the Look After Me hosting team. Some lovely antiques lend a truly magical feel to the ambiance of the home. The well established garden is an absolute sanctuary meticulously maintained by avid gardener Clair who is also a great cook and provides authentic kiwi fare in a two course evening meal. Derek is a true blue kiwi bloke who can give farm tours and vintage car rides by arrangement.
