This sunny 4 bedroomed townhouse has decks and off street car parking. Two guest rooms are available, sharing their own guest bathroom. Guests have full use of the lounge and dining room. A grab and run breakfast is included in the rate as well as dinners from Mon -Thurs. Guest meals may include veggies from the garden. Use of the kitchen by arrangement. Margaret is semi retired and she started looking after lodgers during the Christchurch earthquake and found she liked it. Her son Andrew, a cabinet maker, lives onsite in the sleep-out. Two lovely cats live somewhere on the property and likely you end up watching a game of Rugby or Tennis with Margaret after a wholesome home-cooked meal. Close to bus-stop (10 min ride to Christchurch CBD) and The Palms Shopping Centre.
