It's a secret spot just out side of Rotorua! Handy to town, but far away enough for peace and quiet! A tidy studio with a great view and we loved the use of the kayaks!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio was clean and modern, with beautiful views of the lake. The fruit bowl was a nice touch. Location was peaceful and although there were people living above the studio we did not have any issues with noise. It was great value for money and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing lake view, the use of kayaks was great & we managed to get out for a morning trip. Large deck & stylish studio. Great for break away. Nice & Clean.

The place and location was great! Outstanding lake views and we had a great use of the kayak too. Place was neat and tidy, just note that the apartment is by stair access and could be dark in the night.

A super quiet area of Rotorua perfect for that afternoon relaxation time with a great warm sunset. Brought my son here with me for this one and he has so much fun out on the supplied kayaks (thanks so much for letting us take them out!) Great place that didn't fault.
